不错的建议,尤其是第七条”学会处理三餐”早餐的吃法:
在职业白领的一日三餐中,很多人最容易忽略质量的是早餐和午餐……没时间吃早饭是普遍的问题,可是早饭却是人一天营养的基础,所以建议早饭为了省事,可以准备一个西红柿和一个鸡蛋,西红柿生吃,鸡蛋熟吃,时间也不要多少,在开水里煮鸡蛋的时候你可以洗脸和刷牙,西红柿提前准备好,拿开水一烫就可以吃了。
